Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns Process
All returns must first be authorized and confirmed. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer - if you need to return your order please contact us first at our contact page.
Once we receive your returned package, it will be inspected & processed within 3-6 business days.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds Process
100% satisfaction is guaranteed for all products purchased. If you're not completely happy with your purchase within the first 60 days after purchasing your items, just let us know and we will offer a full refund when your purchase is successfully returned back to us.
Once your product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund has be processed. Refunds usually take 1 - 2 business days before seeing it back into your bank account / original method of payment.
